After retiring in 1992, Ancelotti moved into coaching, taking the helm at Reggina, Parma (winning the UEFA Cup in 1999) and then Juventus. After two trophyless years in Turin he moved to Milan, where he has masterminded one Serie A triumph and two Champions League wins, either side of the dramatic 2005 final where a three-goal lead was thrown away.
